Bij Anoukx.nl hechten we veel waarde aan jouw privacy. In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit welke persoonsgegevens wij verzamelen, waarom we dit doen, hoe we ze beveiligen en wat jouw rechten zijn.
Artikel 1 – Gegevens die wij verzamelen
Wij verzamelen de volgende persoonsgegevens wanneer je onze webshop bezoekt of gebruikt:
1.1 Gegevens die jij zelf verstrekt:

- Adres en woonplaats
- E-mailadres
- Telefoonnummer
- Betaalinformatie
- Bestelgegevens
- Eventuele informatie die je zelf invult in contactformulieren of e-mails
1.2 Gegevens die automatisch worden verzameld:
- IP-adres
- Browser- en apparaatgegevens
- Analysegegevens via cookies
- Websitegedrag (zoals bekeken producten)
1.3 Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens
Wij verwerken géén gevoelige persoonsgegevens (zoals BSN, medische gegevens of identiteitsbewijzen).
Artikel 2 – Waarom wij jouw gegevens verwerken
We verwerken jouw gegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:
- Het afhandelen van bestellingen
(levering, betaling, updates over je bestelling) - Klantenservice
(het beantwoorden van vragen of klachten) - Verbetering van onze webshop
(analyse van bezoekgedrag en voorkeuren) - Marketing
- Het versturen van nieuwsbrieven (alleen met toestemming)
- Weergeven van advertenties en aanbiedingen
- Wettelijke verplichtingen
(bijv. administratie- en boekhoudplicht)
Artikel 3 – Rechtsgrond van de verwerking
We verwerken persoonsgegevens op basis van:
- Toestemming (bijv. voor nieuwsbrieven)
- Uitvoering van de overeenkomst (voor je bestelling)
- Wettelijke verplichting (boekhouding)
- Gerechtvaardigd belang (optimalisatie webshop, marketing)
Artikel 4 – Bewaartermijnen
Wij bewaren jouw gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk:
- Bestel- en factuurgegevens: 7 jaar (wettelijke bewaarplicht)
- Accountgegevens: zolang je een account hebt
- Nieuwsbriefgegevens: totdat je je uitschrijft
- Cookies: variëren per cookie (max. 2 jaar)
Artikel 5 – Verstrekking aan derden
Wij delen jouw gegevens alleen met derden wanneer dat nodig is:
5.1 Betrokken partijen:
- Verzendpartners (zoals PostNL/DHL)
- Betalingsproviders (zoals iDEAL, etc.)
- Webhosting & webshopsoftware
- Boekhoudsoftware
- Marketingtools (alleen met toestemming)
Met deze partijen sluiten wij verwerkersovereenkomsten af zodat jouw gegevens veilig blijven.
Wij verkopen nooit persoonsgegevens aan derden.
Artikel 6 – Cookies
AnoukX.nl gebruikt cookies om:
- de webshop goed te laten functioneren (functionele cookies)
- statistieken te verzamelen (analytische cookies, bijv. Google Analytics)
- jouw winkelervaring te verbeteren
- gepersonaliseerde advertenties te tonen (tracking cookies, alleen met toestemming)
Bij het eerste bezoek tonen wij een cookiebanner waar je je voorkeuren kunt aangeven.
Artikel 7 – Beveiliging van persoonsgegevens
Wij nemen passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang en ongewenste openbaarmaking te voorkomen, zoals:
- SSL-beveiligde verbinding
- Sterke wachtwoorden en dagelijkse monitoring
- Beveiligde opslag van persoonsgegevens
- Beperkte toegang voor medewerkers
Artikel 8 – Jouw rechten
Je hebt altijd recht op:
- Inzage in jouw persoonsgegevens
- Correctie van foutieve gegevens
- Verwijdering van gegevens (“recht om vergeten te worden”)
- Beperking van de verwerking
- Bezwaar tegen marketing of verwerking
- Gegevensoverdraagbaarheid

Artikel 9 – Minderjarigen
Onze webshop is niet gericht op kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar. Wij verwerken geen bewust verstrekte gegevens van minderjarigen.

Anoukx.nl behoudt zich het recht voor deze privacyverklaring te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie vind je altijd op de website.
